Rental Facilities Park Reservation Form
Parks are available for Standard reservations and Weddings April 15th through the last weekend in October.
Requests for reservations may be made for the current year starting January.
25 people or more: To schedule a reservation (including picnics, reunions, birthday parties, showers, and graduation parties) in one of our parks, please contact the Park Office Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by phone at 610-372-8939 or contact us here.
- Inquiry should be made at least one month in advance.
- Payment must be received in the Park Office or online within two weeks of making your reservation.
- Dates will not be held beyond two weeks without payment. Failure to observe this deadline will result in the cancellation of your event.

Walks, weddings, or other special events:
Please contact Gring's Mill Office, at 610-372-8939 or by email here. See applications, and policy below for details on special events.
- 24 people or less: Reservation not required; however, park areas/picnic tables that are not reserved as part of a paid reservation are only available on a first-come, first-served basis. This rule does not apply to weddings or walks (see above).
- Small groups who wish to guarantee a particular park area, must make application and payment following the above procedures. Paid reservations take priority.

Please note that we have transferred the property of Hunsicker's Grove to Longswamp Township. To reserve that location, please contact the township by calling 610-682-7388.
