Criminal Defense Attorneys, Public Defenders, Police Officers, Probation/Parole Officers and other County agencies are deemed professional visitors & are able to meet with inmates during the following days/times:

9:00AM - 8:00PM

(except between the hours of 11:00AM - 12:00PM and 4:30PM - 5:30PM)

All visits must be scheduled.

As part of our ongoing security efforts, the Berks County Jail System implemented an updated procedure for professional visitors. All professional visitors must adhere to the dress code and must have a completed Professional Visitor Application on file.
