Applying for an Absentee Ballot

Voters on active duty or residing outside of the county can register to vote and request an absentee ballot through the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).

Returning your voted Absentee Ballot

All voted Military or Overseas Absentee ballots must be mailed back, along with the completed voter's declaration, postmarked no later than 11:59 PM on the day before the election (April 22, 2024) and must be received by the Berks County Board of Elections no later than 5 P.M. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
