Public Notice - SEPA Regional and Local Plan Modification (May 9, 2023 through June 8, 2023)
The Berks County Workforce Development Board has posted for thirty-day public review the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act Program Year 2021-2024 Multi-Year Local Plan Modification. The Berks plan is attached Berks County Local Plan Modification PY2021-2024.
Comments to the Berks County local plan modification may be e-mailed to acolumbo@countyofberks.com with a subject line LOCAL PLAN COMMENTS. The public comment period will close at 11:59 p.m. on June 8, 2023.
In addition, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Workforce Development Planning Region, including Berks County Workforce Development Board as well as the workforce development boards of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia, have posted their Program Year 2021-2024 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Regional and Local Plan modifications for public comment May 9, 2023 through June 8, 2023. All plans, information about a public comment session on May 15, 2023, 11:45 a.m., and instructions for comment on Regional Plan submission can be accessed at www.montcoworks.org.
