In an effort to streamline upcoming Hearings in President Judge Johnson's courtroom; all required documents and forms, as well as instructions in their use, are provided in this section of the website.
Upon disposition of your case, contact the Berks County Adult Probation & Parole Office at 610-478-3400.
Press 0 to be connected to the front desk. Identify yourself and they will give you your probation officer's name and contact information.
Defense counsel is responsible for having all the above documents sent to their clients, signed, and returned to the Court via a special email developed solely for this purpose. No other communication should be sent to this email address. When all the documents are collected, they should be returned to johnsoncourt@countyofberks.com. There should be ONE email with ALL documents for each defendant. Again, one email one defendant. All document/paperwork must be received 48 hours prior to Court.
The week of the court date, defense counsel will receive a meeting invitation for the specific time of your court hearing.
